  • How do I purchase a subscription ?

    You can request a subscription in just a few clicks at Effia.com

     

    To purchase a subscription, navigate to the relevant car park’s page:

    1. Select the vehicle type and the number of spaces you would like.

    2. Choose the subscription, payment frequency and subscription start date. Then follow the instructions.

    You will need to create an account or sign in. Your account will enable you to manage your personal data, view your invoices and more.

     

    For each subscription, you will need to provide:

    - proof of address (or Kbis extract [company registration certificate] for a company) that is less than 3 months old

    - the vehicle’s carte grise [car registration document]

    - bank details for the account to be debited

    If the subscription is linked to a travel card, you will need to provide a copy of the front and back of it.
    Include these documents in your online subscription request.

     

    You will receive an email to let you know we received your request and we will process it as soon as possible.  
    - All subscriptions are for a minimum of 3 months, and are automatically renewed.
    - The subscriptions on offer are subject to availability in the car park.

  • Why can’t I request a subscription for next month?

    On our website, you can request a subscription for the next month on or before the 14th of the previous month.
    For certain car parks, you can take out a subscription at the information desk with no need to wait. Click here to contact us.

    The charging stations in our car parks are available for all our customers.

  • What documents do I need to provide to take out a subscription?

    For each subscription, you will need to provide:

  • How do I access the car park using my subscription?

    We will tell you how to access the car park when we validate your contract.
    The car park may be accessed using a badge or using registration plate recognition.

  • How will I receive my access badge?

    The car park team will provide you with your badge. Go to the car park’s information desk.

    You can find the information desk’s opening hours in the welcome letter you receive via email.

    If you haven’t received your badge 5 days before your subscription starts, click here to contact customer services.

    As a temporary measure, you can contact a member of staff to let you in by pressing the call button at the entry and exit barriers.

    N.B.: If you have a travel card (Navigo pass, Oùra card, etc.), you can enter the car park using your travel card, which will have been remotely encoded in advance.

    Your Navigo pass will be programmed remotely.

Booking, changing and cancelling
  • How can I book online?

    Go to the “Book your parking space” tab on the home page, choose your car park and follow the instructions.

    You must create an account to make a booking. Your account will enable you to manage your personal data, view your invoices, track your orders and more. 

    Once you have booked, you will receive an email telling you how to enter and exit the car park.

    You cannot book over the phone.

  • How can I cancel a booking?

    You can cancel a booking up to 3 hours before the start of your booking.

    In your account, go to the “My bookings” section and click on the “+” sign next to the relevant booking. Then click “Cancel the booking”.

    The card you used to pay will be automatically refunded within 72 hours.

  • How can I use a promo code?

    You can use a promo code during the first step of confirming your booking, “Order information”, just before the payment step.

    Simply enter the code in the “Coupon code” field, then click “OK”. The new total will be displayed.

  • Is it possible to modify the license plate of the vehicle on my reservation?

    It is not possible to modify the license plate, to access the car park, all you have to do is enter the access code received in the confirmation email.

    Booking online guarantees that a space will be available for you.

    Effia has better rates online for subscriptions because advance bookings make it easier for us to manage our car parks.

    Some car parks offer unlimited entry and exit for the duration of the reservation. This is indicated on the parking page and throughout your online booking process.

Car park access
  • How can I access the car park?

    Several access methods are available depending on the car park. 
    In most cases, you can access the car park using an access code. 
    You will be informed of how to access the car park in the booking confirmation email and in your account, in the “My bookings” section.

    - 6-digit access code: 
    This code is sent in the email confirmation and by SMS. 
    Enter the code at the car park’s entry barrier. You will receive a prepaid ticket which you will need to use at the exit barrier.

    - Registration plate recognition:  
    When you arrive, the barrier will issue a prepaid ticket. Take the ticket and the barrier will open automatically. 
    If there is a problem, you can use the access code you received in your order email or by SMS. 

    - Voucher:  
    Enter the car park by taking a ticket at the entry barrier.
    When you arrive, go to the car park’s information desk to pick up your prepaid ticket.

    - QR code:
    You are sent a QR by email when your booking is confirmed. Print it out before going to the car park.
    You must display the QR code on your dashboard when parked.

  • Can I arrive or leave before the designated time?

    We offer a one-hour courtesy window before or after your booked time.

    If you arrive before this one-hour courtesy window, you will only be able to access the car park with a ticket that you will need to pay for when you leave. Your booking is considered to be cancelled and you will have to make an additional payment when you exit the car park.

    You can leave the car park whenever you want. No reimbursement will be provided.

  • How can I change my password?

    To change your password:

    -    Log in to your account;
    -    Go to the “My information” section and click “Edit”;
    -    Enter your current password; 
    -    Enter your new password. It must contain: at least 8 characters, 1 special character (? , : ! ', etc.), at least 1 number and at least 1 capital;
    -    Confirm the new password by entering it again;
    -    Click “Save” at the bottom of the page.
