The maximum height allowed for a vehicle can be found on each car park information card: the information is indicated at the top of the card under the car park name.

Your contract may be terminated by written request of the payer by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt addressed to Service Clients - 20 Rue Hector Malot 75010 PARIS. If the cancellation request is received by Customer Service before the 7th of the month, the cancellation will take effect the end of the current month. If the cancellation request is received after the 7th of the month, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the month following the month in which the request is made.

A booking can be cancelled up to 3 hours before the start time of your booking from the "My account" section under "My bookings". 
In case of cancellation, you will be fully refunded. 
Beyond this period, EFFIA will keep 100% of the order amount. 

For the rates offered directly in the car park, consult the information card of the relevant car park under the heading "on site rates". On-site rates may be different from the rates offered online. 

For the rates offered online, consult the car park information card and generate a rate simulation via the rate calculation engine located on the right side of the page. 
Online rates and on-site rates may be different. The prices offered online vary according to the how early you place your order, and demand levels.

For subscription rates, consult the information card of the relevant car park and generate a rate simulation via the rate calculation engine located on the right side of the page. Remember to select the "Find a subscription" item.

All EFFIA car parks accept cars. Motorcycles are accepted at most car parks.
To learn which cars are accepted in the car park, consult the information card of the relevant car park: this information is indicated at the top of the information card under the name of the car park in a rectangle on the right.

EFFIA car parks are mainly used for cars and motorbikes. Other types of vehicles may use car parks such as utility vehicles, motor homes, coaches or bicycles. Log in to the "My Account" section, "My Personal Information" tab, then click Edit. 

You can change your postal address, your email, and your phone number. To modify other data, contact us by clicking HERE

Visit the account area to delete your customer account. 
You cannot delete your account if you have a current subscription or pending booking. 
Deleting your account closes it permanently. You will need a new email address if you wish to open an account at a later date.

Go to the "My Account" area, "My Orders" section. To obtain the invoice, go directly to your customer account under "My invoices". This invoice is available at the end of your parking period.

Once you receive your subscription confirmation, simply go to the car park information desk during opening hours to collect your access card ( the badge discount can vary depending on the car park selected). The car park's access means are indicated in the order confirmation sent by email. 

Purchasing your parking booking online ensures that you will have a space available even when the car park displays full upon your arrival. This type of booking does not guarantee you a named space in a specific location. You will be able to park your vehicle in the first free space you find. 

The premium option allows you, depending on the car park, to benefit from a parking space in a preferred area in the car park and equipped with practical services.

This option allows you to book a parking space with a charging station. Charging is free in our car parks. 

The option to book spaces for several vehicles at the same time will be available soon. If you wish to book spaces for more than 5 vehicles, please contact our Customer Service by clicking HERE.

Same-day parking bookings can be made. You can book at least 3 hours before your arrival in the car park. 

Several access means are offered depending on the car parks. The access means available in the car park you have chosen are indicated on your order confirmation.

Access the car park entrance terminal via a keypad entry:
- When you arrive at the car park, have the 6-digit code sent by email and SMS after making your booking to hand;
- Enter this code on the car park entrance keypad entry to generate your prepaid parking ticket;
- Take and keep the printed prepaid ticket. The barrier will open;
- Park in a standard free space or if you have chosen the premium option in a "premium space";
- Exit the car park at the end of your parking session by inserting your ticket to open the gate.

Caution: if you take a ticket without tabulating the code, your ticket will not be prepaid. When exiting, you will be asked to pay for your parking ticket again.

Standard access and exit via a ticket collected at the car park information desk:
- When you arrive at the car park, press the button and take a parking ticket;
- Park your car in an available space and go to the car park information desk with your order confirmation to retrieve a prepaid ticket.

Parking meter/E-ticket:
On arrival, affix the QR code that is displayed on your order confirmation email on your windshield.

When you have booked online, you can find your access code allowing you to access the car park:
- On the order confirmation sent by email
- From the "My Account" section, "My Bookings" tab 

In case of early arrival, a one hour courtesy is offered. You can enter the car park no earlier than one hour before the start of your booking.
In case of arrival before this courtesy period, the code will not issue a prepaid ticket. You can return with a standard ticket. However, when exiting you will be asked to pay for your parking again.

A one hour courtesy is offered for late departures. In case of delay, you will not pay for any time spent up to 1 hour after the end of your booking.
An additional payment will be required when exiting after expiry of the courtesy period. This additional payment must be paid at the automatic payment terminals or at the exit terminal. 

If you leave earlier than planned, you can leave the parking lot with no extra cost. You will not be entitled to any refund.

A booking entitles you to one entry and exit to the car park. If you want to enter and exit the parking without restriction, speak to the car park information desk at the relevant car park. 

To modify your order, you must first cancel your initial order from your "My account" space and make a new booking. Before cancelling your initial order, remember to check that there is availability for your new order. 

Log in to the "My Account" section, "My Subscriptions" tab, click on change request.
You have the option to request a change to your package, your parking session, increase or decrease the number of subscriptions purchased. 
All requests are subject to verification and validation by our Customer Service department.

To borrow an umbrella, a backup mobile phone battery, a tire inflator or a vacuum cleaner..., simply visit the car park information desk of the relevant car park during opening hours and present your parking ticket or your subscription card to the EFFIA team.
Be sure to return the item borrowed during the car park information desk's opening hours in order to retrieve your parking receipt to exit.  

Other services such as shoe polishers are available for self-service in the car park.

To handover or collect your helmet and gloves, simply visit the car park information desk during business hours. The EFFIA team will take care of your equipment for the duration of your parking session.

To prevent impacts to vehicle doors when opening the door of nearby cars, protective tubes are suspended on each side of the parking spaces. 
Once in the car park, reverse into a free space equipped with these protections.
